Sumac, Sour Cream & Chive Potato Salad Recipe

This is a super simple potato salad that hero's sumac and sour cream.

It's creamy and delicious.

Sumac gives a slight lemony flavour to the salad.

Serves 6 as a side


1.2 kg baby potatoes, halved

1 1/2  cups sour cream

Small bunch chives, sliced

2 tsp sumac

Salt & pepper, to taste


Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender when pierced with a fork. About 20 mins. Drain and place in a large bowl.


Combine sour cream,  half of the chives, sumac, salt, and pepper and add to the potatoes. Gently combine.

Finish with remaining chives and a sprinkle of sumac.
