Mad Dog Spicy BBQ Ribs

Mad Dog Spicey Sauces make barbequing easy!

We’ll be using heat zones to slow cook these bbq pork ribs. You’ll find in-depth instructions on cooking with heat zones here!

Ingredients:

4 pork rib racks

2 tbsp all purpose seasoning

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp chilli powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 bottle Mad Dog Xtra Bite Spicy BBQ Sauce

Method:

Turn the second and fourth flame to medium, close the hood and let your bbq heat up - you're looking for a steady 140 degrees.

Rub ribs with olive oil, all purpose seasoning, chilli and paprika and place in a baking dish, with a couple of tbsp of water, cover with foil and place the tray in the middle of the two flames.

Slow cook for an hour and a half, keeping an eye on the built-in thermometer.

Baste and cook for a further hour.

Remove foil, baste again and cook uncovered for another half and hour, turning twice.

Place on a platter and pour over Mad Dog BBQ Sauce.
