Heirloom Tomato & Baby Cucumber Salad Jars

These jars are the perfect picnic food! They look fabulous layered in the glass jar too!

 

Ingredients:

1 punnet coloured tomatoes, sliced
1 punnet of baby cucumbers, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

 

Method:

Layer the tomatoes and cucumbers in a medium-large-sized glass jar.

Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the jar.


Tip: Don't dress the salad jars until you are nearly ready to eat them.
