Every BBQ needs nibbles to get things going. The smell of barbeque griiling on away makes everyone hungry and grazing board and ani pasti platters are the perfect way to wake up everyones tastebuds.

They are also the perfect conversation starter! Who doesn't love a chat around a good cheese board!

Here's A Little Inspo What To Include!

  • Choose a variety of cured meats, including cacciatore, Spanish chorizo, rolled pancetta, leg ham and prosciutto.
  • An assortment of cheeses, including soft, hard, smelly and creamy. Brie that we've rolled in crushed pistachios and dried cranberries, double cream cheese, feta, bocconcini, sharp cheddar, and camembert.
  • Fill small bowls with assorted olives, semi-dried tomatoes, pickles, dips, marinated baby figs, fruity rolada and sticky dates.
  • A great assortment of crackers in different colours, shapes and textures to please all tastebuds. Rice crackers, olive oil lavosh, fennel and beetroot lavosh for colour, quince and almond crisps, croccantini and bread sticks.
  • Dips and pastes are always a favourite and no platter would be complete without hummus! Fresh and dried fruits and vegetables give great colour to your antipasto platter.
  • Strawberries, blackberries, kiwifruit, capsicums, trussed tomatoes, mini cucumbers and heirloom carrots give texture and colour.

Now all you need are some stylish timber boards or serving platter, some funky cheese knives and your grazing appitite!
