Fresh Olive Oil & Herb Marinade Recipe

This fresh marinade was inspired by Jamie Oliver.

It's perfect to dress your lamb, beef or chicken in after it's cooked and resting.

You can also use it for a pre-cooking method too.

Once your meat is cooked, place in a bowl and coat your meat in it while it's resting, turning a couple of times.


    • Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped

    • Handful of coriander, chopped

    • 2 sprigs Rosemary leaves, chopped

    • 1 garlic clove, chopped

    • 1⁄4 c olive oil

    • 1/3 tsp ground pepper

    • 1/3 tsp coarse salt

      Combine all ingredients on a plate with a or a shallow bowl.
