Easy BBQ Greek Yoghurt Flatbread Recipe

BBQ Greek Yoghurt Flatbread

This is very soft dough so treat it gently.

You don’t have to add Rosemary to the oil, but it gives it an intoxicating fragrance.

Makes 4 - 5

 

1 ½ c self-raising flour

1 c Greek yoghurt

3 springs Rosemary

1/3 c olive oil

 

Turn BBQ grill to low and allow it to heat up.

Place the oil and Rosemary in a small bowl.

Combine flour and yoghurt in a bowl until it starts to come together.

Dust the bench with flour and gently knead to form a ball. Add more flour if it’s too sticky.

Cut into 4 even portions and gently form a disc about 10cm big.

Brush each one with olive oil and grill for a minute on each side or until cooked through.

 

Note: You can easily multiply this recipe as many times as you want!
